To make an appointment:

  • A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your appointment. Deposits can be made over the phone or in person.
  • Consent Forms are required to fill out before your appointment. Please contact Gem Salon to specify which, if any,  forms are needed or go to ‘Consent Forms.’

Policy:

Deposits will be credited towards your services. Deposits are forfeited if:
– 15 minutes late to your appointment 
– No Shows
– Cancellation within 48 hours
